RETURN & REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Sorry we do not have RETURN/EXCHANGE policy, unless the received product is damaged in transit or found defective.

IMPORTANT NOTE: CLEAR UNBOXING VIDEO OF PRODUCT IS COMPULSORY/MANDATORY IN CASE OF DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RECIEVED WITHOUT WHICH NO DAMAGE/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT CAN BE CLAIMED.

Unboxing videos must be taken right from the opening of the package showing name address and the video should not be cut/pause/edit, failing which the issue cannot be claimed. Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to address your claim.

We do not accept return or exchange of the product unless the PRODUCT IS DAMAGED/WRONGLY sent by us and it should be clearly visible in opening video only can be exchanged with same design.

Sorry We do not have REFUND policy at any scenario.
RETURN/EXCHANGE CANNOT BE CLAIMED FOR BELOW SCENARIOS like

1) It doesn’t suits or not looking good on you, unexpected size/weight/colour mismatch(due to photography resolution) of the jewellery, wrong bangle sizes etc. Bangles size chart is explained in bangle product description, Please measure your size before you make a purchase, We do not provide return/exchange for wrong size order placed.

2) In very rare case stones might have fallen during transit, Such things which can be easily fixed with fabric glue.

3) Earings stems are bent slightly in order to ensure safety, the button/push back rubber of earing being lose.

we ensure safe packaging of the product assuring no damage occurs during transit. Products will be adequately bubble-wrapped and packed in boxes which will stay intact throughout transit.

ALL PRODUCTS ARE THROUGHLY CHECKED FOR DAMAGE BEFORE PACKAGING.
NOTE: IN CASE OF RETURN/EXCHANGE (where it meets RETURN/EXCHANGE scenario)

a) Share unboxing video of product through whatsapp 7204946761, or email us at viravsfashionjewellery@gmail.com within 12 hours of delivery of the product failing which return/exchange will not be accepted
b) Customer has to bare own shipping costs for returning the product.
b) Product must be compulsory dispatched within 48 hours after recieved, And ensured that returned product are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
c) All returned product must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags without which will not be accepted.
d) In case the damaged product is out of stock only then customer has to select other product of same amount, Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Note: The damaged product cannot be replaced with other new product.
NOTE: Any returned product received by us that does not meet the above mentioned CONDITIONS will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their own expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Once the claim is accepted and agree to exchange, A fresh product will be sent to the same shipping address as before, within 7 business days from the date of receipt of the damaged product.
